To sign up please complete the following google form. This sign-up form has 3 sections and will take about 5 minutes to complete. Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee you a spot in the 2020 event. This form will simply add you to a waitlist for your respective school. Each school has 12 reserved student slots and they will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis per the time-stamped submission of this form. Eligibility criteria to participate in the 2020 HIC challenge:

Must be a student at a UT Health school.

Must be able to complete a pre-event and post-event survey about your experiences with your team and collaborative work.
We will notify you mid-January to let you know your status on a team or the waitlist. If any open slots remain at the end of the signup period, they will be filled based on the waitlist created with this form. Please email us for any inquiries on your sign up. status.
